Stress Management

We all experience stress in our lives, whether it's financial, kids, divorce or day-to-day things. Here are some of the things I have used for stress Management.


Meditation

I do this daily. I prefer guided meditations which you can find on YouTube or my favorite, the Calm app


Yoga

Even if you have never done yoga, it can help relieve stress. I am the least flexible person and I enjoy yoga so much. Just do what you are comfortable with; if you want to stay in the child's pose the whole session that's fine! I enjoy the shorter sessions on Apple Fitness (Dustin is my favorite!).


Take a walk

Take a silent walk and just notice what you see in nature


Remove yourself

Take a break; have some quiet time. You can read or just chill out.
