Holiday Season-Healthy Food

I just asked my youngest what to blog about (after explaining what a blog is) and she said to talk about healthy food.


We just got out of Halloween and the amount of candy is insane. Trust me I partook in some.





What's important is veggies and fruit and staying seasonal. Right now, squash, pomegranate, and leafy greens are the best choices. My favorite is Delicata squash because you don't have to peel it!





You can donate to our military troops if you have a ton of candy (as we do).
